Chris how do people access health care services in Russia? And how does the idea of social welfare sit with the new capitalism. Seems to me that since everybody knows that capital accumulation happened through theft in a lot of cases, people would have demands. I see that the gov't seems to set domestic energy prices. Is there any general acknowledgement that Russian capitalism should include an element of common support in reward for common suffering or somethng like that?
