Does anyone on this list have any opinion of the testimony of David Kay, the 
UN nuclear weapons inspector whose been making the rounds on t.v. these past 
few days? (He strikes me as little more than a propagandist for the Bush 
administration.) As it happens, he's taking questions on C-SPAN's Washington 
Journal right now.
