this is weird... the whole premise of the site, right down to the name (hsbc bank?) screams "parody," but the way it's presented indicates otherwise.
in order for a parody to work, there has to be some humor. if that's what the people who made this up are striving for, they failed. a better example is: www.whitehouse.org, which works as a parody. this hsbc site just kinda leaves you scratching your head.
