CECE Cord is a dog's best friend. The socialite ex-wife of Barry Cord and mother of uberhottie Elisabeth Kieselstein-Cord has launched a luxury line of clothing and accessories for pampered pups. The line, Travels with Tiger - named for her Yorkshire terrier - features $200 doggie sweaters, crocodile tote bags for $1,800 and pooch beds for up to $700. Cord's boutique opened on Bergdorf Goodman's seventh floor last Friday, and the stuff is flying off the shelves so fast that she's already had to re-order her merchandise three times.
