Mass wants Spitzer to hit CSFB

Anyone remember which analyst went on CNBC and said Qualcomm(which
apparently had a decent report today) shares could  go to $1000?  I remember
walking past the tv on the way to the kitchen(when I worked lunches) and
hearing that and laughing out loud.
