Can anyone remind us of the time when Congress tried to cut off Saddam's
funding and James Baker personally went in to make sure funding was
continued? I think it had something to do with the Agriculture Dept, which
was the funding channel at the time? I can't help but picture Baker
repeating this performance in his mad-dog assault during the Florida
election fiasco.
