Enright isn't a raving right winger, like most talking heads and bingo
callers on the CBC these days he's a middle of the road liberal. In other
words he can be polite to the right and the left but still annoy them
both. Since the mid 1980's the CBC has been doing stellar work as the
unofficial government apologist under Conservative and Liberal right wing
regimes.<br><br>
He's not nearly as bad as some of the yahoos that pass for urine-alists
on the private networks here; CTV, and Global, both of which now have
hard wired connections to the right and far right wing newspapers, the
Globe and Mail and National Post/Southam chain respectively.<br><br>
Besides, Enright pissed of the Catholics a few years back when he (to
paraphrase) called the Catholic church on of the most corrupt, criminal
organizations in history. He eventually backed down and apologized. Not a
hallmark action of most right wingers I know on, apologizing for accuracy
that is. Now if we were talking about Michael Coren......<br><br>
