<P>There is no one less justified in using an ignorance defense than NC. He never speaks publicly about things unless he "knows" what he is talking about. To the extent that he did research before he wrote (Brad's quotation) he did it poorly (unlikely) to the extent he did no research, he was sloppy (also unlikely).
