there is an interesting program on jp tv describing how neoconservative 
influenced the usg into war, plus all the behind the scenes moves etc. 
it attempts to explain the french position etc. it says basically that 
france was ready to send troop until before the january repport. when 
it was clear that the us did not care much about the repport they seem 
to have decided to veto. etc.

now we have an explanation of how eastern europe countries joined in 
with blair and the role of the cli (council for the liberation of iraq 
?). fascinating.

i don't know if it is as good as the french programs but it's pretty 
good. if you have satellite tv it is "asahi tv", they have daily news 
from iraq.
