The fact that historically the Bush family has had... close... ties with the Al-Saud makes me think it unlikely. But George W. Bush may well be an idiot who thinks that Arik is a friendly guy who is fighting the same war against the PA that he is fighting against Al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein..
