Far as I know there is no Daley statute in Chicago. There's a Daley Building (decorated with a Picasso statue and across the street from a Miro). jks

Obviously not. Perhaps it was a nightmare hallucination, but last time I was in Chicago ('99?) I swear I saw a Richard J. Daley statue, hand outstreched as if to make a deal. I'd be happy to be wrong.
