I posted an snarky excferpt from a snarky op-ed from the Daily Telegraph that cited SIPRI. About 13% of the Iraqi weaponry was sold by the Brits. There was a British Parliament inquiry after Gulf War version 1.0 on arms sales by the Thatcherites and Labour. Michael Pugliese
