Now that that wretched thug (no irony here) is gone, albeit in an imperial
land grab, I suppose we'll hear more and more from the margins about
Saddam's "progressive" side, esp in relation to the oil sheikdoms. Anyone
who can root for the Kim regime will back just about anyone, provided they
are, however tenuously, anti-US.
