Far as I know, being in bankruptcy doesn't stop you from doing business
unless you are in dissolution. If it's just reorganization, no problem.

I read it in 1948, so my memory of it is pretty dim, but at the time I
found the chapter on corporate reorganization in Thurman Arnold, _The
Folklore of Capitalism_, fascinating.
