I was curious about how to sign, since there was no link. I didn't say I was going to do it. I still think that the Amnesty route is the best way to handle this. I also am not amused by people using "comrade" as an insult; I'm still enough of an old lefty to have comrades, and to be one (in Solidarity). jks

I'm not outraged but I have to agree. If the other one is wrong, this one is too. The bit about "the Cuban people have to liberate themselves" didn't seem to mean much in the Iraqi case, where the difficulties of 'self- liberation' were manifest. I'm sure some genius like me could craft a statement they all could sign, but I wouldn't sign it.
