Presumably you who have heard Chicago Blues, and the Beatles, and Joy 
Division (one of my favorite high school bands, by the way). This is because 
they exist as part of a common cultural space. Unless she exhibit some 
comparable cultural acquaintance with and understanding of the situation on 
the ground in Belarus, you have no more right to make serious comments on 
the subject than I do to make them on Uganda.
