Which reminds me of something I keep meaning to ask. If we think it matters who wins the presidential election, then the only way to contribute to that in this 18th century republic is to help win marginal states. How does a person normally do that when he lives in a forgone conclusion state? Voting here will do nothing at all to affect the results.
