There's no suggestion that NWS can do this either.

ps: weather prediction seems to be about constant since the 50s: 3 days out it's sorta clear; 10 days out it's pretty dicey. With every advance in technology, you get approximately the same fidelity: they are pretty good at 3 days, rough at 10, lousy after that.
