I had meant to mention Nolo in a previous post, in part as a plug for their works, and in part to let lawyers make fools of themselves in their own words and by their own deeds.
Nolo was accused a few years ago of practicing law by publishing their books. This fairly obvious (to anyone but a Texas lawyer) violation of the First Amendment actually was adjudicated in a federal court who made a summary judgment *against* Nolo!
