I think it's time to organize an all-out legal attack against all of 
this kind of stuff. Given the capabilities of today's and tomorrow's 
information technology, these systems will pop up over and over unless 
they can be stopped once and for all. Surely there is something 
unconstitutional about them? If not, this is a real opportunity for a 
constitutional amendment.
