It's interesting that the only case anyone is discussing is the "wife doesn't want to have it" case. You guys do realize that it's not that uncommon for the husband to withhold sex???

Joanna ^^^^^ CB: I don't doubt what you say. What you point out would be grounds also for a woman to allege in a complaint for divorce that there has been a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage relationship can be preserved ( to use boilerplate language). But as discussed earlier here, really, in no fault jurisdictions, either partner can just say there has been a breakdown and it's irreconcilable without reciting anything specific like withholding of sex by the other. I think the discussion of divorce based on withholding sex got off onesided because it was related to the question of rape, and , of course, in marriage and otherwise, rape is overwhelmingly a crime of men against women. On the other hand, and I really shouldn't do this , but there's another Evolutionary Psychologist "report" just out on how every kind of man wants sex more than any kind of woman, worldwide, crossculturally, universally. I'm not endorsing the Ev Psych interpretation or anything else of theirs, but actually it does seem that ,( how can I say this without...) that nowadays women do rap men for being doggiish. That's the dialogue. It's hard to say what people actually do, let alone count it up.
