VIENNA. Aug 13 (Interfax) - The International Monetary Fund will issue a book about Russia's success in overcoming the 1998 financial meltdown, David Owen
of the IMF Second European Department told Interfax.
"The IMF will publish the book on the period after the 1998 crisis and the causes of the subsequent economic growth. We recommend that everyone read the book which will come out in October," Owen said.
The book is called "Russia Rebounds." Its authors are a team of IMF Second European Department officials working with Russia and other CIS states.
