If your browser is playing the file instead of downloading, you need to reconfigure the preferences. With Mac Explorer, it's on the "file helpers" screen. Click on "extension" so it sorts the file type list by extension, thereby grouping the .mp3's together, and make sure all are set to "download" rather than play. RealPlayer annoyingly sets all the sound files to play via RealPlayer - every time you run it, as far as I can tell. If you're using contextual menus to download, make sure you're clicking on the download link, not the streaming link. I just tried that and it worked fine.
