Chris is correct it is about half.  However, Russia had changed and continues to change how it determines GDP growth (in the present and even the past).

If you ask Anders Aslund, he'll say yes. But then Aslund says the 90s 
collapse never happened. If you ask anybody else, not even close. It's 
something like half.
