Re: speculation about the bluster from W today, maybe the 'chaos' is just
what the Bush gang needs to maintain the permanent "war on terror"? if
anything they've gone from ignoring it to almost embracing it. maybe he
actually meant it when he said bring it on, since it could benefit his
reelection chances as the permanent warrior?
