On the positive side, America's preference for "blue collar" suggests a widespread belief that bottom-of-the-heap need only be a transient state. Why ossify a group into an enduring class when the aim of most individuals in that group is to leave it? Come to think of it, that's American labor's great march. Onward, and upward. Workers of America unite, you have nothing to lose but your blue collar.

There's actually quite a bit of solid reporting and valuable information in the pages of the WSJ but the editorials and opinion pieces are almost always reprehensible.
It's enough to make even a usually mild mannered middle classerian such as myself want to lay the smack down.
I usually try to avoid the ad hominem trap but this guy sounds like a total jackass.
It's fascinating how it's always the people claiming class struggle doesn't exist who most obviously show their class bias.
