Cellular phone service sucks all the way around; there's no such thing as a "good" provider or a "bad" one -- they are all equally bad. My experience suggests that people buy a phone or a service because they hope it will be better than the last one they are trying to get rid of.
FWIW, SprintPCS has never made a dime in profit.
