[lbo-talk] Georgia recieved most American funding after Israel?

I've heard it mentioned repeatedly in various milieus, but haven't seen any 
official stats. All the foreign aid Geirgia gets is still only about half 
what the Georgian Diaspora in Russia sends back into the country, though.
