How come this stuff causes so much outrage when it happens in Israel, but not in Russia or India?
Monday has been declared a day of mourning in Stavropol and Karachai-Cherkessia Republic. Residents of the two south Russian regions bury the victims of a blast that tore through a commuter train near the Yessentuki station early on Friday morning, killing 44 people, mostly students from local schools and universities. Meanwhile, investigation into the terrorist acts continues.
