As I pointed out right after 11/09/01, the very least of the "high crimes and misdemeanors" of which the proud trifecta-winner is plainly guilty is *nonfeasance*--culpable failure to execute the imperative responsibilities of his office. Yet no-one in Congress dared to introduce an impeachment resolution, and virtually no-one among "leftists" thought to raise the issue either against Ubu or the Democratic cowards. Is it too late now?
