If anyone's interested, Glen Rangwala, an analyst at Cambridge University, has a website where he's compiled an impressively detailed list of all accusations that have been made by the US and UK, which he's culled official speeches, government dossiers and newspaper accounts of comments (all of which he lists online), along with evalulation of the claims based on what inspectors found in Iraq when they checked them out -- like a vacant lot where satellite photos supposedly showed that a uranium enrichment plant, bombed in 1991, had been started up again.

Fwiw, the FT has cited it a couple of times and seems to accept that it is a sound reference for the facts.
