Small pedantic point apropos of not much: Custer bought it in MONTANA, not North Dakota! Okay, it was near ND, but it was also near WY.

Second pedantic point, also apropos of not much: Fargo is in ND, but the movei is set in MN, except I think for one excursion....

So the small corner of my brain that occasionally pretends to be a Naderite policy wonk wants to know:

--Do we consider "the buffalo commons" a desirable outcome?

--What small changes could occur to bring the buffalo commons closer to reality?

If I don't spout Marx (or sign up for the WWP for that matter), it's partly because at list in this case Marx doesn't seem to offer the most economical way of organizing and considering the relelvant pieces of the picture.

There. Discuss ( :->>>> !?!?!?!)

Meanwhil, sign me up for "The Scene Whores" if only because lbo-talk isn't the only scent in my mailbox...
