It ran in Rolling Stone in 1979. Dunno if O'D originated it, but it's just the tip of the Frog-bashing iceberg that O'D spent years shaving and shaping. I have a copy of the unedited manuscript, a tome so foul that many in NY pub circles fairly choked on their own vomit when reading it.
The French are great to kick around, and most times deserve it. My ancestors were Frogs, which explains this French beak I have, and my bottomless thirst for fairly cheap wine.
