If someone has the capacity to organize an unpleasant campaign, in other words, if they are credibly anti-war, prominent, and have a somewhat unique voice, then the better part of wisdom would be to conclude yes.

Should there then be a blanket principle that in the future all "terriers" must be permitted to speak at whatever functions they want to, because if we don't give in to them they will organize unpleasant publicity campaigns? Just asking.
