Rice Protest Idea

I should point out that this protest caused a big stir last week in
Boston when a "suspicious" employee found an envelope addressed to GW
Bush and naturally (that is what being is apparently what being
patriotic is all about these days). The official overreaction involved
decontaminating two employees, closeing a major commericial/historic
site, snarling Boston's ordinarily orderly downtown traffic (obviously
kidding) for hours, and giving several people that smug sense of
satisfaction that 'hysteria and irrationality in the name of liberty
isn't irrationality at all.'
