Heh, heh, Paulsen. "Red Channels." I've perused copies at the Hoover when I went through archival boxes of Bertram Wolfe (letters to and from Benjamin Gitlow in the early 20's talking in code about "furniture" being shipped from Moscow to the CPUSA).
Of coarse, I know the difference between the CPUSA and the CPUSA and CPUSA-ML. And CP(ML), or whatevah. I've even had pleasant correspondence with Mike Klonsky and Carl Davidson and many others, major and minor, past and present CPUSA and new communist movement vets from orgs. like the DWP, CWP, SWP, WL, ISL, WP, PWOC, PFOC. Hell, Hilda Roberts a relative of one of my Red-Diaper Baby pals, who is in WWP, is nicer to me and less loony than Gloria LaRiva. Take a chill pill.
