Feds bust bong ring!

It is a hallucinogenic plant native to Mexico.
It is rather easy to grow in any garden (given
moderate climactic conditions) but is commonly sold in
extract form these days.  It gives short (15-30
minute) but VERY intense dissociative hallucinogenic
trips. As far as is known it is not physiologically
harmful, but sometimes unprepared people take it and
get taken to the  emergency room after having the
bejeezus scared out of them. 

For some reason it has escaped scheduling and at
present is legal, though it now looks like the Feds
are making moves in the direction of scheduling it.
