Pious, not religious?

It has been my personal experience that piousness is when
an acquaintence or potential girlfriend, who wear no
religious paraphanalia, who own no bible, and who do not go
to church on sunday, and who do not pray grace before meals
suddenly turns into a Jesus freak the day they find out you
are an atheist...
