i've been saving up my pennies to spend on words and sound. for years i've
lived so frugally that even mac and cheese in a box was too expensive for
my budget. things changed a couple of years ago, but i still felt compelled
to save save save. so now i finally feel like i can breathe a little,
budget-wise, and i want to restock the library and cd rack.
but what to buy, what to buy!? so, LOBbers, please recommend your favorite:
1. journals
2. 'zines (a very special non-wanking dewd already sent me a sub to
Bitch! thanks! :) and I already get LBO, though I think
I have to renew, right doug? hmmm. I should get out the
check book and donate something, too.)
3. non-fiction
4. fiction (i haven't read a novel for three yrs!)
5. music
i'd really like your reasons for recommending them too.
thanks!
