Right. I was thinking more along the lines of the Arturo Escobar-Wolfgang Sachs [yeah, they've got too many frequent flyer miles
:-)] et al. type of critique rather than the Maria Mies/Helena
Norbert-Hodge approach. The same problem arises around the term *participation*. How "they" get the electricity and what is taught in the schools are the real issues.........
