That's like the title of a book by a very obscure Trot, assumed name George Marlen (Mar for Marx, Len short for Lenin, " like Lyn Marcus, " , author of, "Dialectical Economics, "aka Lyndon LaRouche) in the 30's, "Earl Browder: Communist Or Tool of Wall Street?" Marlen's real name was George Spiro.
