Sure you are. Someone ought to give a sophisticated analysis of the word "lurker," or perhaps of both the word and the practice. It seems to me that to be X one has to, at least sometime somewhere, announce that one is X. Hence in order to be a lurker you have to occasionally be a non-lurker.
