Gallup: Bush favors the wealthy, but so what?

All polls are different, but the advantage of Gallup is they've been 
asking the same question for 62 years: "Do you approve or disapprove 
of the way ____ is handling his job as president?"

Clearly Bush needs a war badly to goose up his ratings.
