I'm wondering. I sure hope so. I sent him the first ish of LBO with a cover note explaining my POR past and he wrote back saying "I regret the tergiversation." I'm hoping my old pal Wally Olson will be there. Wally holds a fellowship at the Manhattan Institute, where he discovers and circulates sensation stories of litigation, as part of the great "tort reform" offensive. And Grover "Rocky" Rees, who picked federal judges for Reagan.
