Well, defenders of Greater Israel would disagree (esp those who wouldn't mind a form of genocide or ethnic cleansing) as they point to the growing birthrates among Palestinians. Here's an alarm from Yale Prof Paul Kennedy in the Chi Trib:

So, while the occupation is indeed brutal and criminal (and we can go into any aspect of that, from the apartheid-like laws in the territories to the use of water as a weapon), I don't think, after reading the above, that "genocide" is the right word to describe what's going on. But you are free to call it anything you like.
