NO NO NO, I am not an anti-smoking nazi! I smoke myself. (although I have just started my first serious attempt to quit in about 20 years (i quit once before for 4 years).)
I was talking about him hanging it out of his face like that. In the South, for some reason, it is considered *very* poor form ('trashy') to not always hold the cig with your hand, rather than letting is dangle. <shrug>
