This is suppoesed to be "provocative" in the sense that neocons do when they think by using a bigoted turn of phrase they're transgressing the hegemony of PC and being fresh and bold. It was annoying when Hilton Kramer and the gang did it in the 80s. It's really a crock in 2003. A very offensive crock too.
