http://www.hillnews.com/ JULY 9, 2003 Social Security to loom large in Bush '04 drive By Peter Savodnik
Reforming Social Security is almost certain to figure prominently in President Bush's reelection campaign next year, pitting pro-privatization Republicans against Democrats worried about the ups and downs of a market-based pension system.
A source close to the president's reelection campaign said Bush will run "big time" on revamping the Social Security system, a longstanding conservative goal.... ****************************************************** The president's reelection campaign, indeed. The Class Re-annointing A Pontiff, more likely.
The workers have created mountains of wealth and are more productive than they ever have been and now the representitives of the ruling class (who the workers elect) want to take even the measily crumbs of Social Security away from the proles because "WE" i.e. (the polytricksters' controllers) can't afford them anymore?
F***ing pathetic, Mike B)
===== ***************************************************************** How would we live? He kept asking this question. Of course, I wondered whether we were doing anything more than merely existing. I saw most of our work time as being superfluous. On the other hand, Freds need for things and creature comforts had grown too much to be sustained by any reduction in our income. Thus, spending our lives to obtain credits had become the norm.
