Is anyone else's bullshit detector going DINGDINGDINGDINGDING on this one? Doesn't this sound far too much like similar "secret plan" documents that have occasionally turned up to "explain" world or cultural events.

For example, there's the fabled "Dusseldorf Manifesto," ostensibly captured in a party cell in 1919, which urged Communists to "Corrupt the young. Get them away from religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them superficial, destroy their ruggedness," "Get people's minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics, sexy books and plays, and other trivialities," "By specious argument, cause the breakdown of the old moral virtues: honesty, sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word, and ruggedness," and "Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext, with a view to confiscating them and leaving the population helpless." And then there's the infamous Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion.
