I saw a story about that on the newsstands a couple of weeks ago. 
Apparently Mao was in on it, too.  Well, according to the Weekly World
News.  Maybe they intended to use Batboy as the assassin.

Yesterday the cover had the neglected story of Hillary's carnal romp with
an alien.
